Live in Care

We categorise our live-in care packages into three different tiers

Our Care Co-ordinators and Care Managers work with you and your family to ensure your family receives the right level of support. This is a collaborative process to ensure both the safety of your loved one and that you only pay for the support your family needs.

Our care managers will consult with you and help you in choosing which tier is best suited for the care and support required.

Tier 1:

For those who need some assistance with daily active tasks. From £1,245 per week
Tier 2:
For those with specialised conditions such as dementia, Parkinsons etc. From £1,495 per week
Tier 3:
Those in need of significant care, throughout the day. From £1,745 per week

Standard live-in care

Those who need some support with daily active tasks such as household help and assistance around the home, as well as companionship.

  • Care for one person : £1,245 per week
  • Care for two people : £1,800 per week
  • Household tasks
  • Medication support
  • Personal hygiene including assistance with dressing and toileting.
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Some night-time care, typically a twice a night or less

Specialist live-in care

Those who need some support with daily active tasks such as household help and assistance around the home, as well as companionship.

  • Care for one person : £1,495 per week
  • Care for two people : £2,000 per week
  • Household tasks
  • Medication support
  • More extensive personal hygiene, including help with stoma, peg or catheter
  • Hoisting - providing it can be completed by one person
  • Help with challenging behaviours, such as refusal to take medication
  • Carer breaks to work around the care schedule

Advanced live-in care

Those in need of significant care, throughout the day. Typically, for those with acute care needs, who require continuous and specialist assistance.

  • Care for one person : £1,495 per week
  • Care for two people : £2,000 per week
  • Household tasks
  • Total support for all personal needs, including help with stoma, peg or catheter
  • Complex one-to-one care needs and support, including managing specific conditions.
  • Hoisting - to be completed by more than one person
  • Help with challenging behaviours, such as refusal to take medication
  • Carer breaks with no gaps in care provision

Care at Home

Standard Care at Home

Our Home Care services are personalised, compassionate and help you or your loved one continue to live at home.

  • 30 Minutes call: £16
  • 45 Minutes call: £20
  • One Hour call: £22
  • Long Hours Call( Above 4hrs): £20
  • Wake Night: £25
  • Sleep in cover: £80
  • Safe and respectful environment to maintain personal hygiene, whether you’d like a relaxing bath or a shower.
  • Check medication is taken safely and on time. Our care monitoring app. provides digital reminders to ensure medication routines are upheld
  • Our Personal Care Workers can help maintain daily oral hygiene and assist with regular visits to a local dentist.
  • We can support you or your loved one with ensuring a consistent routine that promotes independence and comfort.

Sanacare

Sanacare provides both temporary and permanent healthcare staff to hospitals, nursing and care homes as well as Care services to individuals in their own homes.
