Senior Carers

Sana care Services is working in partnership with the Surrey Commission Group as well as private clients throughout Surrey, London and South East We who are recruiting Senior Carers for our clients to support them on a temporary and contracted basis.

Project Workers

Areas: Surrey, London, and the Southeast

Sana care Services is working in partnership with Residential Care Homes and Nursing Homes throughout Surrey, London and South East We who are recruiting Project Workers for our clients  to support them on a temporary and contracted basis.

Nurses

Areas: Surrey, London, and the Southeast

As a Sana Care Nurse, you will have a caring and compassionate nature, and the ability to deal with emotionally charged and pressured situations. Whilst working for Sana Care, you will be working in a wide setting as we work in partnership with Residential Care Homes and Nursing Homes who are recruiting Registered Nurses for our clients to support them on a temporary and contracted basis. Some of your responsibilities may also include building trust with patients, assisting with or writing care plans and monitoring and recording the condition of patients. You will respond to emergencies promptly and have the ability to take charge, providing supervision for other care staff.

Healthcare assistant

Areas: Surrey, London, and the Southeast

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work in a variety of settings including care homes, nursing homes and hospitals; you will play a pivotal role in providing excellent support and care for clients enabling them to lead the life that they choose. A Sana Care Healthcare Assistant role requires a natural friendliness and the ability to engage with service users. You will undertake daily responsibilities including assisting service users with personal care, medications and daily activities to meet both their health and social care needs. You will listen and talk to residents enabling them to achieve independence as far as possible in accordance with their personalised care plan.

Live In Caregivers

Areas: Surrey, London, and the Southeast

Here at Sana Care we are currently supporting families to live independently and safely in the comfort of their own homes with our dedicated one-to-one live-in care service. If you are kind, caring, passionate about helping others to live as independently as possible while respecting people’s dignity and right to choose, we can offer successful applicants a very rewarding role with plenty of job satisfaction.

The position requires you to live with the client in their own home, where a suitable room will be provided for you. As a live-in carer, you’ll support your customer with personal care, household chores and getting out and about. It is often more of a companionship role where on average you would expect to work between 10 and 12 hours, normally with a couple of hours break during the day.

Domiciliary Care Givers

As a Home-Based carer, you’ll have a flexible work life that has never been so rewarding. You can make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable members of your community, giving them the support, they need to live independently in their own homes. If you are kind, caring, passionate about helping others to live as independently as possible whilst respecting peoples’ dignity and right to choose, we can offer successful applicants a very rewarding role with plenty of job satisfaction. The role involves visiting and supporting a variety of people in their own homes, normally mornings, lunch times and evenings.  We will pay you for all training you undertake and welcome you with a joining bonus.  We pay a competitive hourly rate which is higher on bank holidays plus additional holiday pay and fuel allowance between clients.

Support Workers

Sana Care are looking for Support/Project workers to support service users to meet both their health and social care needs. Clients can include people with a range of needs including learning disabilities, complex care and mental health problems. As a support worker you will undertake daily responsibilities including supporting the service user with medication and daily living tasks, providing support to access the community and information, supporting with finances, budgeting and government benefits. Effective homecare promotes choice and encourages people to be as independent as possible in all areas of their life.
