Our Care Packages

We categorise our care packages into four different tiers

Our Care Co-ordinators and Care Managers work with you and your family to ensure your family receives the right level of support. This is a collaborative process to ensure both the safety of your loved one and that you only pay for the support your family needs.

Our care managers will consult with you and help you in choosing which tier is best suited for the care and support required.

TIER 1: Short Domiciliary Visits - Starting from 30 Minutes:

For those who need some assistance with daily varied tasks for short periods.

TIER 2: Standard Live-in Care - 4 Hours Per Day or More

For those who need assistance with daily active tasks for longer periods.

TIER 3: Specialist Live-in Care - 4 Hours Per Day or More

For those with specialised conditions such as dementia, Parkinsons etc.

Tier 4: Advanced Live-in Care - Full time

Those in need of significant care, throughout the day (and night).

Packages Explained

Standard live-in care

Those who need some support with daily active tasks such as household help and assistance around the home, as well as companionship.

Personal hygiene including assistance with dressing and toileting.
Companionship and emotional support
Some night-time care, typically a twice a night or less

Specialist live-in care

Those who need some support with daily active tasks such as household help and assistance around the home, as well as companionship.

Advanced live-in care

Those in need of significant care, throughout the day. Typically, for those with acute care needs, who require continuous and specialist assistance.

Household tasks
Total support for all personal needs, including help with stoma, peg or catheter
Complex one-to-one care needs and support, including managing specific conditions.
Hoisting - to be completed by more than one person
Help with challenging behaviours, such as refusal to take medication
Carer breaks with no gaps in care provision

Our Home Care services are personalised, compassionate and help you or your loved one continue to live at home.

Safe and respectful environment to maintain personal hygiene, whether you’d like a relaxing bath or a shower.

Our Personal Care Workers can help maintain daily oral hygiene and assist with regular visits to a local dentist.
